I took my last bump picture on Thursday!
In case you don't know this already, women aren't really pregnant for 9 months; it is closer to 10, and so using weeks (40), instead of months, is the most accurate!
I personally decided on monthly progress pictures because I was lazy to do it every week and was pretty sure I'd miss a few!
Although I took "month"ly pictures, they were really every 4-5 weeks (first two months each trimester were 4 weeks along and the third month in each trimester was after 5 weeks).
If you're trying to do the same with your pregnancy it goes like this:
1st Trimester
Month 1: 4 weeks since the first day of your last period (around when you'd find out you're pregnant)
Month 2: 4 weeks later
Month 3: 5 weeks later
2nd Trimester
Month 4: 4 weeks later
Month 5: 4 weeks later
Month 6: 5 weeks later
3rd Trimester
Month 7: 4 weeks later
Month 8: 4 weeks later
Month 9: After the baby is born! This picture is with your baby!
*My last period started on a Thursday, so I set a reminder on my phone to take a picture at each of these marks, which were all Thursdays. Sometimes I'd need to take the picture a day or two early or later depending on what was going on
